We meet with hiring managers to discuss your goals, challenges, and requirements for your open positions
We help hiring manager to create a plan of actions for the role, create a portrait of an ideal candidate, and adjust position description, based on our findings
Based on the proposed plan and ideal candidate portrait, we would reach out to qualified marketers from our talent pool, who are open to a full-time, part-time, or contract offers
We would create a custom test based on the requirements, and send it to pre-qualified candidates to understand their fit with your company
Those few who pass the quiz with the highest scores will be selected for in-person/phone/video interviews
Top 3 candidates will be selected and asked to create a marketing proposal for your company
They will present the proposal to you (online or in-person) and you will make the final decision (with our help, if needed)
You can test the candidate by having first 3 month of virtual freelance/contract work with our support (optional) – free exchange if something doesn’t work out
We can provide strategic and tactical support to the candidate and your company/department first 3 to 12 months (optional)
If for some reason you are not satisfied with our candidate within first 3 months, we will offer a complimentary replacement following the same steps, but with adjustments based on your feedback
