  • Based on the proposed plan and ideal candidate portrait, we would reach out to qualified marketers from our talent pool, who are open to a full-time, part-time, or contract offers
  • We would create a custom test based on the requirements, and send it to pre-qualified candidates to understand their fit with your company
  • Those few who pass the quiz with the highest scores will be selected for in-person/phone/video interviews
  • Top 3 candidates will be selected and asked to create a marketing proposal for your company
  • They will present the proposal to you (online or in-person) and you will make the final decision (with our help, if needed)
  • You can test the candidate by having first 3 month of virtual freelance/contract work with our support (optional) – free exchange if something doesn’t work out
  • We can provide strategic and tactical support to the candidate and your company/department first 3 to 12 months (optional)
  • If for some reason you are not satisfied with our candidate within first 3 months, we will offer a complimentary replacement following the same steps, but with adjustments based on your feedback
